The Ignite Leadership Academy is a year-long, cohort-based leadership development program brought to you through a partnership with the Pulaski County Chamber of Commerce and Ignite Leadership + HR Group.

Led by Certified Executive Coach Wendy Glass, this program equips leaders with the skills to think more strategically, build stronger teams, and deliver results that matter. Just one half-day per month for 12 months.

Orientation: August 6, 2026 | 2:00–4:00 PM

Program Start: August 20, 2026 (meeting are on the 3rd Thursday each month)

Location: Pulaski County Innovation Center, Fairlawn, Virginia

Chamber Members: $1,425 | Non-Members: $1,575
