Meet Wendy Glass

Wendy Glass is a seasoned People Strategist, Culture Builder, and Executive Coach who helps organizations strengthen culture, retain top talent, and develop leaders who are equipped to deliver results.

With 20+ years of HR and leadership experience, including a decade as an executive with a Fortune 100 company, Wendy brings both big-company expertise and practical strategies tailored for small to mid-sized businesses.

She is the founder of Ignite Leadership + HR Group, where she partners with CEOs to design people strategies that reduce turnover, build leadership bench strength, and give leaders peace of mind that their talent is aligned with their business goals.

In addition to her consulting work, Wendy serves as an Adjunct Professor at Virginia Tech’s Pamplin College of Business, where she develops the next generation of leaders. She also contributes her expertise on multiple boards and commissions across Virginia’s New River Valley.
